The project arrives at a disassembled volumetry by avoiding the block shape to which the guidelines seemed to be leading.
The dwellings on three levels establish an improved relationship with the trees of the small plot of land by opening up the views south from covered terraces towards the masses of woodland.
Due to the reduced size of the terrain, some dwellings open directly onto the garden, recouping those of the upper levels of the roofs of the building.
